Proctor Parent Teacher Association (PTA)
The Proctor Parent Teacher Association (PTA) was founded on October 2, 1956. The PTA is part of the California PTA which also falls under the National PTA which is the largest child advocacy group in the United States. The PTA is a 501(c)3 Charitable Organization, or non-profit, which seeks to be a relevant resource for parents and communities.
AlphaBest (ELOP) @ Proctor Elementary School
AlphaBEST Education is one of CVUSD’s Expanded Learning Opportunity Program (ELOP) providers beginning in January 2027. This Community Group will be used to share program information, updates, reminders, and other important communications with families whose students participate in AlphaBEST programs.
